Strolling in Spain: Plum Dress and Rockstuds

Wearing: Dress: Bel Air (purchased in France, similar here and here) Clutch: Zara Accessories: Tildon necklace via Nordstroms, Rustic Cuff custom cuff, Vita Fede bracelets Shoes: Valentino ‘Rockstud’ Sunglasses: Prada

We had the pleasure of dining at one of the best restaurants in the world, Arzak, when we were in Spain and this is the dress I wore to lunch. Words can not describe how amazing the cuisine was at this restaurant. Every plate was beautifully hand crafted like a piece of art and it was obvious how much thought was put into each and every dish to give the guests the ultimate dining experience. I felt blessed to be able to try some of the best food in the world, and I would highly recommend trying it out if you ever have the opportunity to travel to San Sebastian!

Wishing everyone a great weekend filled with fun memories! :)

Pink is the New Black: Structured Blazer and Hearts
Pink is the New Black: Structured Blazer and Hearts

Wearing: Blazer: Zara (here, similar here and LOVE this one here) Blouse: J. Crew (similar here) Bottom: Banana Republic (old, similar here and a bit more of a splurge here) Shoes: Pour La Victoire (in Red here and adore these similar ones here) Accessories: Jewelmint earrings, Citizen Mod ring and necklace Clutch: Saint Laurent

As someone who likes all things feminine, you can imagine how excited I am that the pink color trend will be very popular this upcoming season! I won’t embarrass myself with photos of how pink my room was when I was younger, but you can picture it as a pink explosion of some sort. :) I don’t think pink is actually even considered all that “feminine” anymore since if you recall in the last few years, pink has been deemed as the new black several times. Pink is not only worn by the ladies but men also wear the color loud and proud. Personally, I think it’s quite attractive (in moderation)!

This outfit is a perfect example of one that I would wear on days that I need to make a quick transition from work to a weekday casual date night. Since I typically don’t have much time to get ready before dinner, I simply switch my slacks into a pair of skinny jeans, slip on a pair of high(er) heels and out the door I go! In my opinion, you can never go wrong with a structured blazer, skinny jeans and some heels to make you feel refined, polished and a dose of sexy. ;)

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. Stay tuned for a fun giveaway next week!

Hi! Just another outfit from my Paris diary today. I am loving full midi skirts lately - they make me feel extremely ladylike and definitely bring out the girly girl inside of me! I paired it with my nude lace-up sandals to add a more youthful touch to the outfit.

I hope everyone is having a great week! I’m headed to San Francisco this weekend for my brother’s wedding! Can’t wait for his special day!

Earthy Tones: Sheer Leopard Print Top and Leather Mini Pleated Skirt
Earthy Tones: Sheer Leopard Print Top and Leather Mini Pleated Skirt

Top: Zara (old, loving this one for Fall), Bottom: Trouve via Nordstroms (simliar here), Shoes: Sole Society (here), Accessories: Random belt (simliar here), J.Crew link bracelet, Etsy rings, Clutch: Saint Laurent (here)

I must admit, I’m a huge fan of pleats. Give me an outfit that involves pleats, and I’ll most likely love it. Now, add some leather to the mix, it’s love at first sight. I really don’t think you can go wrong with a leather pleated skirt in a neutral color like cream or beige. It’s so easy to pair with other items, and I love that it’s thick enough to wear in the winter with some tights and a cute coat!

I’ve slowly but surely accepted the fact that summer is pretty much over by now, so I’m already getting myself in the Fall (fashion) mindset, as you can see from today’s outfit. I love neutral earthy tones for the Fall, I guess it reminds me of the changing of the leaves (not that we have much of that here in sunny California) but it sure does call for some great outfit insprations! :)

By the time you’re reading this, I’ll be in Paris! <3 Hoping for some reliable internet connection so I can post pics!

Happy Friday and have a great weekend!

P.S. - The lucky winner of my Rustic Cuff giveaway is Melissa Leva!! Send me a quick email with your contact info and we’ll get those beautiful bracelets to you! Congrats!
